RE: Lyn's Sad Loss

I think most of the membership will know that Astoness's (Lyn) life partner Steve was stricken by Cancer a few months back.

This evening I have the sad responsibility of informing you that, this afternoon Steve passed away peacefully at the nursing home.

Lyn and her daughter and Steve's best friend were at the bedside. I have spoken to Lyn and although heartbroken she assures me that she is OK.

I know all the membership here will join me in passing on our heartfelt sympathy in this sad moment of her life.

There are no words to say at times like this, I have sent Lyn an e-mail.

This is a very sad time for our Lyn. I to have sent an emai to her.

oh my dear friends...what must you think of me..i have only just picked up on all these lovely messages...thank you all so much...i would just like to say thanks to you all for keeping me going this past few months..it was very hard sometimes to carry on with steve being so ill but knowing i had you all here to chat to especially in the mornings made all the difference...i have good days and bad days as i know most of you will understand but on the whole i am i think coping pretty good...thank you all again and once again im so sorry for the delay in replying...
