I was sitting in the conservatory earlier, I was just praying the roof stayed on.

We are seeing wheelie bins blown over, (cured that we just brought it in when it was empty) and we have gained one or two cardboard boxes.

The wind round here has been really bad ,don't remember storm after storm like this before, maybe there is something in this global warming.

The constant references to how some weather is the worst since some time in the distant past indicates that it has all happened before.
If it has happened before it can't be down to something as recent as global warming, and if that was also global warming way back when, then we needn't worry about it.
