Last October when we visited Blackpool I went on one of the Big Wheels there (the one in the photo) I only went on because my granddaughter wanted to go on and no one else would go with her. It was one of these open type and by the time I got back on terra firma I felt like a block of ice.

phil i dont drive so dont go on the m5. i use my pensioner bus pass, it w ent from redditch to stratford upon avon which takes an hour on the bus, 20mins in a car, through alcester, great alne, haselor and then down the road into stratford, caught up with a cousin of mine, hd fish and chips nd caught the bus to evesham which goes through welford on avon, bidford on avon.

evesham was in a sorry state with lots of shops closing on the high street.

i v been on the london eye and did not really notice you were moving but the wheel that used to be in birmingham was scary and went quite fast.

its cold here today.

I have to agree Steph, The London Eye is much bigger, each car holds about 20-25 people was brilliant. The Birmingham wheel was scarier much faster and its held down with water.

Excelent Six Nations Rugby game going on Wales leading Scotland in the 2nd half 13-3

i did not like to mention that wales were beating the crap ou t of scotland, lol.

The4y did in the second half Steph but only 3-3 at half time and hard fought at that. A well deserved win by Wales.
