Good morning all
Great night out last night, good company & good food, it was the sons retirement celebration. I think roughly 30 of the family managed to turn. I did manage to get some photos but I think I must have had too much surreptitious liquid engineering because I made a right mess of them. Those that don't have red eye are burred. I'll try to sort one or two ood ones out for later.

It's not his age it is the fact that he has done 30 years in the service. Although he was quite high up in the service he didn't like the way things were going and decided to get out while his pension was pretty well intact and safe.

hello den...i agree..its good to proud of your children....cleared up here now and the sun is out....just a reminder to all our pet owners especially if you have cats...make sure they are indoors tonight as i reckon there maybe a few fireworks going off...
den the older of our cats are not so bad once they are in they take no notice of the firworks but ginger and little teddy who is not yet 2 runs for cover behind the settee even though she is safe indoors...
