Morning all, it's a little misty here. We don't have fog in Solihull. they won't allow it.

Spent most of last night in bed nursing my aching bones and muscles, well considering that I haven't even broke into a sweat over the last eight years I suppose it is to be expected.

Without struggle, there is no progress.

Evening everyone. yes my phone has a small problem. I was out all day in town yesterday, plus I was out to a concert last night at the conservatoire never got in until quite late. Today we were in town for the Trafalgar day ceremony, we went out early and didn't get back until the afternoon then had asleep. Got things to do this week so will be missing now and then for a few days.
