Th bees have been on my lavender for several days now.I love to watch them.

We have Lavender and for a couple of weeks there were no bees.
Slowly but surely they have returned but nothing like the quantity we would expect.
I counted around nine at any one time yesterday. This time last year they would have been too numerous to count with any accuracy.

Well at 7 am this morning it was very warm in the sun, and last night it was blinding and burning my head. So I am out with my hat on this morning looking as though I am on holiday.

I had everything done this morning at 8.05 when I did myself a cup of coffee, that was a bit of a strain but I managed it. I've got visitors today one of the granddaughters so she is looking after the wife, who is much better today (better than what)?

glad to hear the wife is picking up now phil..actually i was just thinking back to the summer of 76..those were the days when i could take the heat..anything over 23 C and ive had it now..
