I can't do buses. Even though I qualify for a free bus pass now, I haven't applied for it

Do you get free bus pass'es in brum,in telford they charge,50 pounds for six months,90 pounds for twelve ,or pay half that and only pay half fare on the bus.

My wife and I get over 60s bus passes Jo. but you can't use them before 9.30am. So I buy an earlybird ticket for £27.50 per month.that allows mr to get to work for 8 O'clock. The rest of the time its free.

The only thing like that here is a one day rider 7 .50 takes you anywhere in telford all day after nine o clock,or a week rider don't know the price of those.Bus fares are expensive here.

If this lot had their way once you stopped work it would be compulsory euthenasia, unless you were very rich and paid taxes.

I must say I didn't get my pass for a few months after I was 60. They were sending them out in batches.

Found out one thing the other day about OAP passes - if you accidentally put them in the washing machine at 40C, it does them no harm -thank goodness
