Hi lyn ,when you get past 70 it can be painfull to waggle,or any other strenous exercise.

Well I can say at 60 I only felt 50, trouble is at 61 I felt 60, at 62 I felt 70, at 63 I feel 80. Oh God I'm 64 this year.

Dont worry S B it gets easier when you retire,you can lie in a bit every morning ,and de bored witless every day.
