Evening lyn ,sorry to hear about your back,probably all that gardening,not use to it after none in the winter,tried a hot bath,if that don't work, try large amount of alcohol,that can work wonders.

My wife has back trouble,she gets volterol from local chemist,she says it helps a lot,might be worth a try.

jo im using volerol at the min but its not doing much so far...hi astwood ive never heard of sloanes ...maybe i should just get a new back

Sorry lyn couldnt resist it ,tried this deep heat,suppose to be good,is it just back ache or cold in the kidneys,thats can be very painfull.
