evening jo..ive not coped very well today...doing all the right things to try and stay cool but still suffering...cant even get out back to do the watering tonight...if it cools down enough by about 10 i  will do it then...

This heat really hits jan,she said a few minutes back she feels ill ,it always upsets her if its to hot .

jo im the same...dont feel that good myself....got a bowl of tepid water here and im wiping arms..legs face.. back of neck down every few mins...seems to help a bit...

We bought some  10  inch fans a few years back ,they are a godsend this weather ,and they are floor standing ,so can go in any room .

Jan said try buying a packet of wet wipes ,and keep them in the fridge ,she do's that at it's brilliant.
