45rpm records in the Musical 50's and 60's

#1 by Alice , Sun Aug 15, 2010 3:38 pm

I found this very interesting and searchable website about the 45rpm records in the Musical 50's and 60's.

Its called 45 rpm and has lots of information about the singers and songs of that period. You can click on a year or subject, the catogories are Obscure Artist Discoraphies (this may help with the quizzes on the forum) The History of the 45 record, top UK Artists Biographies.

Hi Alice

Thanks so much for posting this link, I think some of them on here need help with the easy questions I set for them. Such a pity it doesn't play the record as well.

I hope you wont mind if I transfer this thread in a couple of days time to our links section that is named Birmingham City Links at the moment but which I intend to change to Birmingham Citty and other Links shortly.

Ask me any question about music from the 20's to the 50's, it's my forte.
