why oh do adults who should know better not adhere to the safety regulations and plain common sense...wearing a life jacket could have saved his life...no point wailing about his loss when it could have been avoided..

I thought everyone who does kayaking automatically wears a life jacket. Not into it myself (surprise, surprise) but have known several who do, two of them trained to teach it, and I'm sure they must be amazed
