If it was me or you the police would be brought in straight away ,but they are just looking into it ,he should be expelled from the house of lord's, and prosecuted.

That's the problem, the Lords are supposed to be upstanding people of integrity and an inherited sense of what's good for Britain, not snivelling little bumlickers that get undue promotion in society by cosying up to self serving leaders of political parties.
