Once again the sad tales of drugs and legal highs take their toll and another young life. Laughing Gas this time.
Drugs are the scourge of this planet and it will take worldwide action to sort it. The world won't sort it of course, as with Arms there is too much money to be made.

I think it's because they want to be with the in crowd ,plus it's probably cheaper than booze.

Nitrous Oxide is an anaesthetic gas used by dentists and a preservative gas used in food packaging, where it is known as E942
Calling it Laughing Gas makes it sound innocuous.

I'd be surprised if Argon and particularly Helium were used in packaging canned products, as the article claims, for the simple reason of cost, both, and particularly Helium , would be much more expensive than Nitrogen , with, as far as I can see, no added advantage. I suspect that the reason they are given E numbers is because they are added to breathing gases in certain situations, which is a form of consumption
