While agreeing that Macdonalds might taste as if they contained 2% faeces, there is no such statement in the Meat Product (England) Regulation s2014. In fact any such "contribution " to the flavour would give rise to enormous levels of e.coli, which would cause them to be removed from sale immediately, and probably for ever (now that is a pleasant thought!)

It would be odd if only Burgers were allowed to contain faeces. They are dangerous enough when made from 100% beaf steak.
