I can't think of anything worse,having to leave most things behind ,only taking what you can carry, knowing no one, not even speaking the language,it would be a nightmare.

I thought the first world war was for the defence of Belgians in the first place. If so, I don't feel in the slightest bit sorry for their hardships. It seems the ones that came here got a much better deal than our men who went to defend their hopeless piece of soil.
And they aren't lost anyway, they were sent home. Something we have forgotten how to do.

Before anyone starts moaning that this thread is Racist, It's not. Just Nationalist. I would defend that right of voice to the end. Something our useless Government should do.
