Migrants storm cross Channel ferry

Isn't it about time our wonderful government and the French Government grew some balls and hit this problem head on. Surely the French security services should stop these illegals getting into France in the first place. International law say that they must be sent back to the last safe country, which in most cases is Belgium. so how come most of them find their way to Calais,?

The french take the easy way out ,if they get on a truck to england,thats the end of it as far as they are concerned,then we pussy foot about,and they dissapear into the crowd,and are lost to the authority.

If we stopped the free hand outs perhaps they would go somewhere else

It's time the UK Border agency was fully funded and staffed and had full powers. When most illegals are caught they are allowed out on bail, and of course the can be found again.

Its the same with the forces and police cut backs what if trouble starts here

All the Government are interested in is saving money. I would rather our own population was safe.

If we was to clamp down hard on trouble ,they would start screaming about there human rights.

We should follow the Australian model. They allow migrants in but not any one and everyone rubbish as we do.

Send a old ferry to france ,get as many on it as you can, tell them it's a free ride then take them all to the arctic, and leave them there,they would soon want to go home.
