Sounds like another young driver who thought he knew the lot , but found out when it was to late that he did'nt,hope he's got a good solicitor he will need one.

Off topic but I have two points.
One. This shows how public CCTV cameras are a good thing and there should be more of them, although in cases like this the footage should only be viewed by investigators.
Two. The police have difficulty in putting text the correct way up.

I doubt fire fighters were "trying" to tow the van away. They would just do it, there would be no "trying" if they weren't faffing about by doing it by hand. Where was their engine?
