mike with my knees i can well do with it joking aside the cracks have been showing since it first opened and i suspect will continue to do so...
With the risk of repeating myself, I said with the risk of repeating myself, this Library should not have been built, the city couldn't afford it, it's a horrible design, it's not fit for purpose, it's too big for the site, dwarfing the two iconic buildings it is flanked by and the building quality isn't good enough. Apart from that I don't like it.

and at the risk i repeating myself i agree with you but then i would as i was against it even before the first shoddy breeze block was laid..
