I agree SB. don't think I have come across their beers yet. Not quite clear as to what the following means:
" The Victorian tower houses the new updated and ultra modern gravity brewing system, whereas the original 16th century brewhouse is now used exclusively for fermentation." To me brewing is fermentation.

I believe all methods have to be fermented, they just don't do any boiling and mashing in the 16th century brewhouse.
