It says: "The sight and smell of this caused obvious distress and upset to customers trying to eat". Well, the smell of McDonalds , which I have to pass whenever I visit my main supermarket, causes me distress. I'm not a veggie, thank god, but do feel a bit sick at the rather revolting smell, quite different from real steaks. Maybe there is a bit too much horse in the hamburger

I quite agree. I think the only injured party was the horse.
He should sue McDonalds for damages.

Did you know that they won't even serve pedestrians at the drive through at a MacDonald's? I tried one day when out walking with the grandchildren in another town. We passed by and of course the kids wanted a happy meal. The problem being the eat in part of the shop was closed for modernisation. So I tried the drive through only to be told I had to be in a car. After arguing that it was discriminatory to no avail we had to go and collect the car from where I parked it and drive through. If left to myself I would not have gone back, but you can't argue with kids.
