Considering the fact that Michael Gove wants all Schools to become Academies this is a good one. I was a Governor at a well run School that was forced to be an academy. The first thing the Trust did was to get rid of the Governing body and replace it with an Academy council with very little power or say in the running of the school. Sck underperforming MPs I say.
