...rough justice or no justice I suppose its what we come to expect from lawless south American banana republics that change their presidents like we change our socks I bet Falkland islanders count their blessings when they read of atrocities like these.

To be fair to the Argentinians they are very much like us, whereas the Bolivians have very little in common with us.
