Good I agree it's about time, what is needed now is harsher penalties for those motorists who deliberately flout the law time after time such as speeders and mobile phone users.

Excuse me SB, as the view stated has always been my view on the law and motorists and it's more a case of you falling into agreement with my line of thought.
