Birmingham Trams

Video footage of the end of the Birmingham trams...Miller st depot is mentioned which is still there and also Witton, again still there complete with its tram tracks...until about 18 months ago Witton tram shed was home to the Aston Manor Transport Museum for many years and despite our protests Birmingham City Council turfed them out hoping to make more money from the building...the museum and all its old vehicles now have a new home in Aldridge and Witton tram shed still lies empty...a case of the council shooting themselves in the foot...shame about that...anyhow hope you enjoy this video it comes with sound so turn up the volume..
