My first thought is "blimey that was quick".
On reflection, bearing in mind that this was always going to be the outcome, it wouldn't be a good move for any MP to go against potentially more than half of his personal electorate.

Parties get into government on a vote split at least three ways, the referendum was a two way split in favour of getting out of the "Common Market" or whatever they are calling it now.

There were some perverts though who thought they knew better than the majority.
