Unfotunately on of the drivers died in this. Possibly signal or points failure or was it human error. Awful to see your wife/husband off to work not knowing its for the last time.

Both my daughter and her hubby work on the trains so i know what the families are feeling. Its an everyday thought that something like this can happen. My deepest sympathies go out to all the familes involved over the last couple of days
