It's not really the Judiciaries fault is it? They are told not to send anybody to prison. Although I agree that some judges walk around with their heads stuck up where the sun don't shine. It's not their fault that there is no room in the prisons. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that we are financing new prisons being built in India & Pakistan.

Now you might have something there Phil. If anyone going to prison had to do his time in the Central African Republic (I think that was the one Thatcher's son was so scared he might end up in) then the crime rate would go down a treat
